Classical Piano Syllabus
“Syllabus is a music curriculum that covers technique, music theory, sight reading, rhythm reading, and repertoire. The ten levels of Syllabus are graduated in difficulty and challenge students to achieve musical goals. After completion of a level, students can opt to be assessed by a master teacher who provides a helpful critique.”

Students are grouped by age (no more than 2 years apart)
3 – 6 students in each group
45 – 60 minute recitals start and end on timePlay one piece from memory (or two short pieces)
Receive an inspiring mini master class lesson from a master teacher (college or university faculty member)
Listen and learn from the others’ performances and master class lessons
All students receive a certificate

Classical Festival: November 3 – 5 and 11 – 12
Baroque and Contemporary Festival: February 3 – 4 and 10 – 11
Romantic Festival: April 28 – 29 and May 5 – 6
